Elizabeth Bjorling is the founder of Hagah Ministries, an organization that creates discipleship experiences to help others grow deeper in the word of God. She is the primary trainer for 2Devour and Hagah Conferences. Elizabeth is available to come speak at your Girl’s Retreats, Revivals, Student Retreats, Volunteer trainings and more!
Elizabeth is also currently a Ph.D. fellow in Christian Education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She was the Preteen and Junior High Pastor at College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais, IL for the past 10 years. Elizabeth is an ordained elder in the Church of Nazarene. She graduated with her BS from ONU in 2002 and her M.A. in Religion in 2007. Before serving at College Church, Elizabeth was a full time Youth and Children’s Minister for 2 1/2 years in Savoy, IL.

Elizabeth has spoken nationally at Girl’s Only Conferences for 12 years as well as at summer camps, revivals, retreats, conferences, and countless other venues. Elizabeth and her team have created a new conference debuting this fall- 2Devour, focusing on helping students and parents devour the word of God together. She has also developed a program for girls called Melting Mirrors, reflecting on a girl’s identity in Christ. Elizabeth recently had articles published in Grace and Peace Magazine and the Epworth Pulpit. Elizabeth also serves as the Nazarene Youth International Chicago Central District President. Elizabeth read her paper on the Bridal Imagery in Isaiah at the Society of Biblical Literature Conference in 2009. She has published My World the third module of Wired a transitional curriculum specifically designed for preteens by Word Action found at http://www.wiredpreteen.com.

Elizabeth even went “undercover” for 4 years as a public middle school lunch monitor a few days a week to observe students in their natural habitat, a location she feels National Geographic should cover soon! Elizabeth is passionate about discipleship and created a 6 and 12 week discipleship track for 7-8 graders culminating with a discipleship wilderness trip. Elizabeth is also passionate about university students discovering their calling, which is why Elizabeth had 12 youth ministry interns each year.

In her free time, Elizabeth loves laughing with friends and family until her sides hurt, Laffy Taffy jokes, ice cream in all seasons, a great shoe sale, and peppermint mochas!
